Tickets are now already on sale for the showpiece event and managing director Ken Nottage said: “We appreciate that with the number of high profile games in quick succession and the demands that makes on supporters, that dropping prices for our semi-final was the right thing to do to encourage our fantastic supporters to hopefully cheer us to Twickenham.

“We want to be contesting semi-finals and finals on the field but understand the increased pressure this puts on supporters. Naturally, a passionate and vibrant Kingsholm is one of the biggest assets we have at this stage of the season and we hope as many people as possible really get behind the team.”
